Olamide Kayode, Founder & Principal CFO of Kay Advisory Services

Olamide Kayode is a strategic finance executive and fractional CFO with more than 15 years of experience helping businesses understand their financial performance, improve decision-making and navigate growth.

Her corporate career includes senior finance leadership across large, complex organizations — including responsibility for more than $250 million in business operations across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. She currently serves in a Director of Finance role overseeing finance across the Americas and leading a team of financial controllers.

Previously, she held senior finance and FP&A leadership roles at companies including Workrise, Rotork and ION Geophysical. At Workrise, she supported financial planning for a business unit approaching $1 billion in scale before moving into broader corporate FP&A responsibilities. At Rotork, her work included leading finance transformation initiatives, improving financial planning and reporting processes, supporting finance operations across the Americas, and stepping into interim controllership responsibilities in Latin America.

Colleagues describe her as disciplined, organized and candid — someone who can distill a great deal of financial and operational detail into the few facts that actually matter, and who is comfortable telling leadership what they need to hear.

She founded Kay Advisory Services because growing businesses rarely get access to that level of financial leadership. Owners of $1M–$10M companies face decisions just as consequential as those at much larger organizations — often with far less information. Olamide brings that enterprise-level finance experience to growing businesses — disciplined financial strategy, while remaining practical about the realities entrepreneurs face.

In their words

What clients and colleagues say

“It's hard to find the words to describe the impact Olamide Kayode has had on our business. The feeling is akin to putting on glasses for the first time as a child — a mix of wonder and shock at all the details you never realized you had been missing. I absolutely underestimated the impact she would have on our financial health, and she has been worth her weight in gold. From analyzing our income streams at a granular level, to establishing stricter reporting standards for our bookkeeping and finance team, to forging an ethical path toward significantly higher profit margins, she has provided insight far beyond what we even knew we needed.”
